Organia Science and Technology Park is a project that has been implemented in an area of 50,000 square meters in Gonbad-Kavos city - Golestan Province, to create a knowledge-based value chain in the following fields:

A - Biotechnology
B - New and renewable energies
C - Software and blockchain
D - Organic agriculture
E - Health
F- Education and support for creative entrepreneurship

The scope of actions of the Organia Science and Technology Park as a policymaker includes:

A – To establish an office complex that can play the role of a campus for the provincial science and technology park in a shared space
B – Leasing fifty percent of the shared space created by the Science and Technology Park to innovative units (start-ups) in the east of the province and researchers at Gonbad-Kavos University, regardless whether they are students or academics
C - Introducing the applicant entrepreneurs to relevant departments for acquiring the employment financial facilities.
D – holding monthly coordination meetings between the representatives of the parties to coordinate the activities of the park and the innovation factory.

The scope of action of Hengam Group as the developer of the innovation space, investor and operator of the innovation factory includes:

A - Providing collective capital, concluding economic and technical cooperation agreements with private and public institutions as appropriate
B - Investing in projects with specialized technical and economic justification for prototyping and implementing pilot projects
C - Providing 50 percent of the shared workspace to the entrepreneurs (start-ups) of the eastern Golestan province, the contracting parties
D - Directing private capital to participate in technological and innovative projects in the desired areas
E- Training entrepreneurs in the sectors related to rural employment and transformation and complementary industries
F - Generalizing pilot projects in the countryside
